Swe Zin Htet, from Myanmar’s Kayin state, was the winner of Miss Universe Myanmar 2019 last Friday.

Swe Zin Htet, who represented Hpa-an, capital of Kayin state, will now represent Myanmar in Miss Universe 2019.

The winner, known among friends and pageant fans as “Superman”, was also the winner of Miss Supranational Myanmar back in 2016. In Poland, she placed in the Top 10 of Miss Supranational and won the “Miss Personality” special award.

Miss Grand Myanmar 2009

Hmwe Thet placed 2nd and was crowned Miss Grand Myanmar 2019 and will compete in Miss Grand International 2019, in Caracas, Venezuela, on October 25th.
