Mexico wins Miss United Continents 2018
Andrea Sáenz, 21, and a Law student from Mexico, was the winner of Miss United Continents 2018. The event once again was hosted by the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador, and telecasted live by Gamavision. 32 women from 4 continents competed and participated in a series of events during 2 weeks.
Denmark, Simoné Andersen, placed 2nd, Colombia, Ana Catalina Mouthón, was 3rd, Spain, Cynthia Ruz López, placed 4th, South Africa, Belinda Schreuder, came next in 5th place, and Thailand, Nantapak Kraiha, rounded out the Top 6.
Miss South Africa will also compete in Miss Supranational 2018, later this year.
India, Portugal, Dominican Republic and Uruguay, were Top 10 semi-finalists.
The new Miss United Continents won a US$ 10,000 cash prize. She was designated as the Mexican representative for this pageant by by the Miss Mexico Organization.
