Olympic beauty: Cook Islands debut in MGI with an Olympic athlete!
Teau Moana McKenzie is making history for the Cook Islands as she will be the first ever representative from these paradise South Pacific islands to compete in Miss Grand International. She is 23 years old, 1,84 m-tall, a company director who owns a small construction company with her dad, and an Olympic athlete from the city of Rarotonga.
Well-known in the Cook Islands for her competitive sailing skills, in 2016, she traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to compete at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She´s been training hard to get to Tokyo 2020 as well!
Miss Grand Cook Islands 2018 speaks English and Maori.
She will compete in Miss Grand International 2018, in Myanmar, from October 5th to the 25th.
