Puteri Indonesia 2017

JAKARTA, March 31 — Bunga Jelitha Ibrani (25) was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2017 at the conclusion of a spectacular televised event held at the Jakarta Convention Center on March 31st, with the participation of 39 competitors.

Bunga, who stands 1.80 m in height, is a professional model and will now represent Indonesia in the 66th edition of the Miss Universe pageant, scheduled to take place in January 2018.  She was crowned by the reigning Miss Universe, France’s Iris Mittenaere who had a special tribute during the pageant.

Among the special guests were former Puteri Indonesia winners, as well as Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova, and the reigning Miss Grand International Ariska Putri Pertiwi.

The 1st runner-up (Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan) was Kevin Lilliana, who will compete in Miss International 2017;  the 2nd runner-up (Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata) was Karina Nadila, who will compete in Miss Supranational 2017, and the 3rd runner-up was Dea Goesti Rizkita, who will compete in Miss Grand International 2017.
