Miss Grand Mexico 2019

32 women from different Mexican states competed for the title Miss Grand Mexico 2019 in an event held at The City Hermanos Dominguez Theatre (Teatro de la Ciudad Hermanos Dominguez). María Malo, Miss Estado de México, was crowned Miss Grand Mexico 2019 by Lezly Díaz, Miss Grand Mexico 2018 and Top 10 semi-finalist in Miss Grand International 2018.

The winner is 22 years old and 1.81 m-tall. She is a student of marketing and fashion design, besides beina a professional model.

Kenia Ponce, Miss Baja California, placed 2nd and won the title Miss United Continents Mexico 2019. She will compete in Ecuador, in September, for the title Miss United Continents 2019.

Clara Sosa, Miss Grand International 2018, was a special guest at the event.
