Miss Mondo Italia 2019

Adele Sammartino, a 23 year-old psychologist from Pompei, is the new Miss Mondo Italia 2019.

Just graduated in psychological sciences, her dream in life is to become a criminologist or a specialist in clinical psychology.

Italy´s representative in Miss World 2019 said after her crowning: "I dedicate this victory to my mother and my father who have always motivated me to face this challenge with light-heartedness, but also with the right attitude”.

The event took place at the Teatro Italia Gallipoli, in the city of Gallipoli, a coastal town in Apulia, southern Italy. Giorgia Palmas, 1st runner-up to Miss World 2000, hosted the show which will be aired on June 21st, on Donna TV.

Miss World Italy 2019 is 1.75 m-tall and speaks English.

Adele will compete in Miss World 2019, in Thailand, on December 7th.
