24 year old Nebai Torres has been appointed as Miss International Mexico 2018. The 1.78m beauty represented Jalisco at Mexicana Universal 2018 where she finished as the fourth runner-up. Her next mission will be to try and become Miss International 2018 on November 9 in Tokyo, Japan.
