She was one of the favorites to win the Miss International title in Tokyo last year. Her incredible, delicate beauty was considered to be perfect for the Miss International Organization and Mexico tends to do really well in this competition. We can only speculate about what went wrong for Citlaly Higuera, Miss International Mexico. She is our Judges' Wild Card #3.
