Miss Miss Baden-Württemberg, 23 year old Anahita Rehbein was crowned Miss Germany 2018 this past weekend. She defeated 21 other competitors to claim the title of Germany's oldest beauty contest, which has been running since 1927. The runner-up was  Miss Rheinland-Pfalz, Alena Krempl, while Miss Bavaria, Sarah Zahn, finished in third place. Miss Germany does not represent her country internationally.

GB Opinion: Good choice for Germany. It's too bad we won't see her wearing her country's sash at Miss World, Miss Supranational or Miss Grand International.
