India Honours First Miss World in 17 Years with Incredible Homecoming

India's sixth Miss World (and first in 17 years), Manushi Chhillar has been welcomed back to her home country with the most amazing of homecomings. Chhillar's triumph in the 67th edition of this contest has been widely celebrated in her home country and the Femina Miss India Organization and Indian people have been giving the young beauty a welcome to remember for the rest of her life. 

Last week, Global Beauties reported about Chhillar's arrival back in her motherland and since then it has only been getting better. Here are some photo and video highlights of the amazing journey that Miss World 2017, her family and the CEO of Miss World, Julia Morley, have been experiencing this past week: 

India's Mr and Miss World, Rohit Kandelwal and Manushi Chhillar got the opportunity to celebrate with the MD of the Times Group, Mr. Vineet Jain at Chhillar's success party in Mumbai.

Chhillar was given the opportunity to deliver a speech at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit and be the guest of honour at a State Banquet hosted by the Chief Minister at Golconda Fort in Hyderabad.
