Misters the Philippines 2017

The 2017 Misters of Philippines 2017 contest took place on September 30th at One Esplanade, Mall of Asia Grounds in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Two of the winners will represent the Philippines in Grand Slam contests:

Raven Renz Lansangan, from Mabalacat, Pampanga, is Mister International Philippines 2017 and will compete in the next edition of Mister International.

Yves Campus, born in Cebu, currently residing in Hawaii (USA), is Mister Supranational Philippines 2017. He will travel to Poland and Slovakia to compete in Mister Supranational 2017, on December 2nd.

Non-Grand Slam winners

Here are the Filipino representatives in the next edition of non-Grand Slam international competitions:

Klint Karklins Peralta of Camarines Sur is Man of the World Philippines 2018. He is half Latvian.

Mister Ocean Philippines 2017 is Carlo Passion of Laoag City. He will be traveling to Taiwan in November to compete in the first edition of this contest.

Mister Universe Tourism Philippines 2017 is Ion Perez from Capas, Tarlac. He will compete in Vietnam for this title.

Klint Karklins Peralta from Camarines Sur is Man of the Year Philippines 2018. He will compete in the Philippines, next year. He lives in Germany.

The 1st runner-up is Jonathan Maniquis of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, while the 2nd runner-up is John Joseph Hipolito, the representative of the Filipino community in Italy.

GB opinion: It looks like the Philippines has a very strong candidate in Mister Supranational. It should do OK in International as well (speaking of the two Grand Slam competitors).
