Miss Grand India 2022 and Miss International India 2023
Now officially under the organization of Glamanand Supermodel India, the election of Miss Grand India 2022 was held last weekend during the annual event, with the presence of Miss Grand International 2021, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tiên, and the vice-president of MGI, Teresa Chaivisut.
The winner, crowned Miss Grand India 2022, was Praachi Nagpal, an Indian fashion consultant from Hyderabad, Telangana. Praachi has earned her bachelor’s degree in fashion communication from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Hyderabad. She´s also a certified dancer.
The title of Miss International India 2023 went to Kashish Methwani.
Runner-ups were Jigyasa Sharma (1st runner-up), and Arshina Sumbul (2nd runner-up).
Praachi will represent India in the 10th anniversary edition of Miss Grand International, in Indonesia, on October 25th. On the other hand, Kashish might travel to Japan by the end of 2023, to compete in Miss International.
