Miss Portuguesa 2022

The traditional Casino Estoril hosted the finals of Miss Portuguesa 2022. The Black and Silver Room was completely packed to witness a night of beauty and glamour. Catarina Ferreira, 24 years old, from Arouca, was crowned Miss Portuguesa 2022 and will represent Portugal in the 71st edition of Miss World, to be held in the first semester of 2023. Ferreira also won the Miss Talent title.

Miss Grand Portugal 2022 is Sabrina Ribeiro, from Lisbon. She will compete in the 10th edition of Miss Grand International, on October 25th, in Indonesia.

Elodie Lopes, who represented the Portuguese Community in France, was crowned Miss Supranational Portugal 2023. She will compete in Miss Supranational 2023, in Poland, probably in July of 2023.

The 1st Runner-up is Carolina Serra, 21 years old, from Leiria, who also won the Miss Elegance title. The 2nd Runner-up is Renata Ribeiro, 29 years old, from Harbor.

The Miss Portuguesa organization also awarded the Miss Sports title to Léonie Ferreira, 22, from the Portuguese Community in France; Miss Beauty for a Cause to Valerie Faria, from the Portuguese Community in the United Kingdom and Miss Popularity to Letícia Ribeiro, from Póvoa do Lanhoso.

New Executive Director

New executive director Inês Brusselmans and Miss Portuguesa 2022, Catarina Ferreira.

Inês Brusselmans, who represented Portugal in Miss Supranational 2015 and in Miss World 2019 (she was a quarter-finalist in London after being elected Miss Portuguesa), is the new Executive Director of Miss Portuguesa. Inês is 27, has a degree in Law, and works as a digital influencer. She succeeds Isidro de Brito, who did a very good job in the last decade, helping Portugal to achieve some significant results in Grand Slam pageants.
