Malaysia is all set for World and Grand 2022, and Supra 2023

Grand Slam queens from Malaysia: Charissa Chong, Miss Grand Malaysia 2022; Wenanita Angang, Miss World Malaysia 2022; and Deidre Walker, Miss Supranational Malaysia 2023.

Miss World Malaysia is crowned in the presence of Miss World Karolina Bielawska

Wenanita Angang from Sabah is Miss World Malaysia 2022. She is 23 years old and a conference producer living in Kuala Lumpur.

The first runner-up was Sarawakian Evelyn Ting and the second runner-up was Anya Kimberly.

Also present at the Miss World Malaysia 2022 contest, held at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) on Saturday night (August 27th), were Miss World 2021, Karolina Bielawska, and Miss World Malaysia 2021, Lavanya Sivaji (top 40 in Miss World 2021), who crowned her successor.

Karolina participated in charity events and, once again, conquered everyone around her with her breathtaking beauty and vibrant personality.

Miss Grand Malaysia 2022 is Charissa Chong

Charissa Chong of Selangor was crowned Miss Grand Malaysia 2022 in Sabah on Saturday, August 27th, beating six other candidates.

Chong will represent Malaysia in the 10th edition of Miss Grand International, in Indonesia, from October 4th to the 25th.

Vivienna Alfred from Sarawak placed second while Johor's Angela Quah was third.

Miss Grand International 2021, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, was a VIP guest. She was accompanied by Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil, president of MGI, and Teresa Chaivisut, vice-president of Miss Grand International.

Miss Supranational 2023 has started! Malaysia has already crowned its representative

If Miss Supranational 2022 was already concluded last month, in Poland, the 2023 edition has started to get its official delegates. Ten young women competed for the Miss Supranational Malaysia 2023 title in Saba, and the winner was Deidre Walker, a hometown girl. She was crowned by the outgoing queen, Melisha Lin, who was a Top 24 quarter-finalist in Poland.

The 1st runner-up was Vinthiya “Vivy” Vasu, from Kuala Lumpur, and the 2nd runner-up was Vivienna Alfred, from Sarawak.
