Miss Universe Nepal 2022

The Miss Universe Nepal 2022 competition took place earlier today at Hotel Yak & Yeti, in Kathmandu, and the winner was Sophiya Bhujel. Sophiya is 26 and holds a degree in business management. She has defeated other 19 hopeful Nepalese young women and will now defend the colors of her country´s flag in the 71st edition of Miss Universe.

Bipana Adhikari was named first runner-up. Ashma KC finished in 3rd place.

This was the third edition of the Miss Universe Nepal pageant under national director Nagma Shrestha, a former titleholder.
