Miss Universe Croatia 2020

21-year-old Mirna Naiia Maric from Zadar was crowned Miss Universe Croatia 2020 on March 13th, in Zagreb. As a consequence of the coronavirus crisis, the Miss Universe Croatia 2020 pageant was held without an audience for the first time, at the HRT studios in the capital.

Daria Matic from Split was the first runner-up, while the second runner-up was Andrea Erjavec, from Perusic.

Mirna speaks fluent English and Italian, and graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Design, in Zadar. She loves arts and design, as well as painting and drawing. In her free time, the new Miss Universe Croatia enjoys hiking and going to the gym.

Among her prizes, is a four-year scholarship to the Zagreb School of Economics and Management or MBA studies, worth 20,000 euros.

The new beauty queen will represent Croatia in Miss Universe. In the last three years, Croatia placed among the quarter-finalists twice.
