Miss Portuguesa 2019

On Saturday, July 27th, the city of Gondomar welcomed the finals of Miss Portuguesa 2019, the event responsible for selecting all Portuguese Grand Slam winners.

It happened at the Casa Branca de Gramido, having the beautiful Douro river as background. The ultimate winner and Miss Portuguesa 2019, is Inês Brusselmans, 24, from Oeiras. She studies Law and is also a digital influencer. Back in 2015, Inês represented Portugal in Miss Supranational, in Poland. Inês will compete in Miss World 2019, in London, on December 14th.

Cristiana Silva, from Gaia, was the 1st runner-up, while Beatriz Mota, from Gondomar, was the 2nd runner-up.

The Portuguese representatives in the other four Grand Slam pageants are:

Miss Universe Portugal 2019 - Sylvie Silva, a student residing in Monaco;

Miss International Portugal 2019 is Ana Rita Aguiar, from Vale de Cambra;

Miss Supranational Portugal 2019 is Carolina Liquito, from Sintra.

Miss Grand Portugal 2019 is Laura Gameiro, from the Portuguese community living in Paris, France.

Before the final, the candidates traveled to different cities in Portugal, participating in a series of challenges. Gondomar is expected to host the pageant again in the nest two years.
