Miss Haiti 2019
Port-Au-Price hosted this year´s edition of Miss Haiti, and the winner, who was crowned Miss Universe Haiti 2019, was Gabriela Clesca Vallejo, a model holding a BA in International Development and Civil Law.
Gabriela won the Miss Supranational Canada title in 2014 (she has duo citizenship) and placed among Miss Supranational´s Top 20 quarter-finalists that year, in Poland. Now she will have a second Grand Slam challenge, competing in Miss Universe 2019.
Born from a Haitian-Congolese father and a Dominican mother, Vallejo was raised in Haiti before moving with her family to Canada during her teenage years. She speaks English, Creole, French and Spanish.
Miss International Haiti 2019 was also elected on the occasion, and she is Lory-Anne Charles, an Economics and model who will compete in Miss International 2019, on November 12th, in Tokyo, Japan.
