Miss World Guyana 2019

Joylyn Anita Conway, 2nd runner-up in Miss World Guyana 2018, is Miss World Guyana 2019 following a selection process by a panel of nine judges. She will represent Guyana at the Miss World 2019 competition in Thailand, on December 7th.

Joylyn Conway was crowned by Miss World Guyana 2018, Ambika Ramraj at a small but elegant event held at the Pegasus International Hotel, in Georgetown, on June 23rd. Conway is a Natural Science enthusiast with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biology from the University of Guyana.

She is currently a Lecturer and Lab Instructor attached to the University of Guyana and the New Amsterdam Technical Institute.
