Señorita Panama 2019
22-year old Mehr Eliezer, a student of International Relations and Economy representing Isla Flamenco, was crowned Señorita Panamá 2019 during the annual gala held at the Roberto Durán Arena in Panama City, on June 20th. Eliezer hails from Panama City and stands 1.71 m in height. She speaks five languages and is of Indian descent. She will represent Panama in the 68th Miss Universe pageant to be held later in the year.
Crowned as Señorita Panamá International is 22-year old Betzaida Rodríguez, who represented Los Santos. The 1.78 m-tall beauty was crowned by reigning titleholder Mariem Velazco, and is a student of Industrial Engineering. She will travel to Tokyo, Japan, to compete in the 59th Miss International beauty pageant on November 12th.
Finally, 23-year-old Carmen Drayton, representing Portobelo, was crowned Señorita Panamá Grand and will represent the country in Miss Grand International 2019 to be held in Caracas, Venezuela, on October 25th. Carmen stands 1.75 m in height and is a student of Tourism.
The 1st runner-up was Panamá Este, Carmen Jaramillo, who will travel to Ecuador to compete in Miss United Continents, while the 2nd runner-up was Coclé, Ana Lucía Tejeira, who will compete in Reina Hispanoamericana to be held in Bolivia.
