Miss World Spain 2018

The city of Rota, Cadiz, hosted the final of Miss World Spain 2018 on Saturday night, September 15th. The event was held at the Auditorio de Rota and the winner was Amaia Izar, Miss World Navarra. The new Spanish beauty queen is a model from the city of Aoiz. Miss World Spain is 21 years old and speaks 4 languages, including Chinese, informed “El Correo”.

The 1st runner-up was Miss World Tarragona, Anna Aznar, and the 2nd runner-up was Miss World Ceuta, Beatriz Moreno.

Mister World Spain 2018 Daniel Torres and Mr. World 2007, from Spain, Juan Garcia, were present at the final gala event.

The first time Amaia competed in Miss World Spain was back in 2015, when another blonde captured the crown: Mireia Lalaguna. The rest of the story you already know: Mireia traveled to Sanya, China, and became Spain´s first Miss World.

Can Amaia make it happen for Spain again? We shall discover on December 8th, when 120 countries will fight for the 2018 Miss World title in Sanya, China.
