Miss World Peru Loses Crown, Runner-up Takes Over

Estefany Mauricci Gil has lost her title as Miss World Peru 2018. As a result of not having her degree accredited, a requirement by the Miss World Peru Organization, Gil was dethroned. Her runner-up, Clarisse Uribe, will take over the title. The 22 year old will now represent her country at the 68th Miss World final on December 8th in Sanya, China.
