Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2018
Miss Laguna Salada, Aldy Bernard, was crowned Miss Universe Dominican Republic this past weekend. The 22 year old beauty defeated 19 other delegates to win the title. Bernard, who stands 1.8m tall, will travel to Thailand in December to represent the Dominican Republic at the 67th Miss Universe competition.
Tania Martinez, Miss Monte Cristi, was named the runner-up and will compete at Miss United Continents 2018. The second runner-up, Peravia's Roxannie Rodriguez, will go to Miss Hispanoamerica 2018. Yadira Gonzalez (Santiago) and Onelly Rosario (San Jose de Ocoa) were named the third and fourth runners-up.
