Miss Mauritius 2018

19 year old Urvashi Gooriah was crowned Miss Mauritius 2018 last night. She will represent her island national at the 69th Miss World Contest in 2019. “I’m still in shock,” the aspiring graphic designer said shorty after her victory but promise to dedicate her year to children in need.

Nidishwaree Ruchpaul was crowned Miss International Mauritius 2018 and is expected to represent Mauritius at the 2019 Miss Interantional Beauty Pageant. Aylasha Ramrachia and Raveena Cuttuck won two other minor titles that were on offer.
