Miss Nord Pas de Calais wins Miss France 2018

23 year old Maëva Coucke, Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais, was crowned Miss France 2018 last night. She stands 1.76m tall and will represent France at the next Miss Universe and Miss World contests. She is the third winner from Nord-Pas-de-Calais in the last four years. The runner-up was Miss Corse, Eva Colas, and the second runner-up was Miss Ile de France, Lison DiMartino. Safiatou Guinot from Champagne-Ardennes finished the third third runner-up while Miss Reunion, Audrey Pao Kan finished in fifth place. 

GB Opinion: Great winner for France again. She is not as strong as the last two winners, but she will make an impact internationally.
