Manhunt International 2017: The Preliminary Competition

The Preliminary Competition of Manhunt International took place on Sunday November 26th at the Miramar Hotel in Bangkok where the 37 contestants competed in the categories of National Costume, Swimwear and Formal Wear, in front of a specialized panel of international judges.
In addition to the competition, 20 special awards were announced at the conclusion of the event. They were:
- Best Vigour: Bulgaria
- Best Charm: Guam
- Best Sunshine Smile: Mongolia
- Best Prince: Turkey
- Best Performance: Thailand
- Best Image Representative: Malaysia
- Best Sexy Model: Costa Rica
- Best Stage & TV Model: Netherlands
- The One Award: Lebanon
- Siam House Village Award: Sri Lanka
- Ricky Abad's Choice Award: Philippines
- Face of the Year: Vietnam
- Gold Haute Couture Award: Puerto Rico
- Loo Chang Huat Model 2nd Runner-up: Laos
- Loo Chang Huat Model 1st Runner-up: Chinese Taipei
- Thai Catwalk Choice Award: Australia
- Gentle People Thailand 2nd runner-up: Poland
- Gentle People Thailand 1st runner-up: Singapore
- Macau
- Global Beauties'Award (Chosen by 5 former beauty queens): Sweden
