The War Remnants Museum, a unit under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City, is dedicated research, collection, storage, preservation and display of Vietnam War´s material, photographs, artifacts and more on the evidence of crimes commited and the consequences of the war in the people of Vietnam and in the country itself.

It stores more than 20,000 documents, exhibits and films and aims to keep a memory of such terrible times faced by Vietnam and other countries, in the hope that something of this kind will never again take place.

MGI motto is "Stop the War!", which made this visit by the contestants even more meaningful, after all, they are all peace ambassadors in their own countries.

Some of the delegates were shocked by the graphic images and photos they saw, but they all agreed that the museums serves the purpose of showing the world what nobody should face again.
