Margaret Derry Mwintuur from Ghana's Upper West Region was crowned the 60th Miss Ghana at the State Banquet Hall in Accra last night. The new Miss Ghana 2017 will represent her country at the 68th Miss World contest in 2018. The first runner-up was Priscilla Gameli and the second runner-up was Marigold Frimpong.
